How often should the filter be replaced? We recommend replacing the filter every 2-3 months, or whenever it starts to smell unpleasant. The bowl can still be used without the filter.

Can I buy the floating disk separately? Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the floating disk for separate purchase.

What is the pry opener for? The pry opener tool is designed to help you disassemble the floating disk for cleaning, as well as remove the filter for replacement.
